Exit of A Legend And Celebration of Life Event: Sir (High Chief) Lazarus Mbamara Ekejiuba

Exit of A Legend And Celebration of Life Event: Sir (High Chief) Lazarus Agonmuo Mbamara Ekejiuba (KSJII), the Akuruo-ulo 1 of Osuama.

Imo State, Nigeria: Family members, friends, and relatives gathered from around the globe in great numbers to honor and celebrate the life of Sir (High Chief) Lazarus Mbamara Ekejiuba (KSJII) who recently passed in the Lord to the great beyond. His passing was appropriately dubbed the “exit of a Legend” and treated as a “celebration of life” considering that he peacefully passed at a ripe age and as the oldest person in his community after having lived a very fulfilling life. Accordingly, the occasion of his burial/funeral ceremony featured personalities and dignitaries from various walks of life such as His Royal Highness Edmund Agim the Eze (traditional ruler) of Osuama Kingdom; the Osuama Council of Chiefs; His Excellence Rt, Rev. Dr. S.A. Amatu, Bishop of Okigwe Diocese who conducted the funeral mass; Members of the Ancient and Noble Order of Knights of St. John International (KSJI); Chief Chika Okpala (MON) aka Chief Zebrudaya among many other celebrities and artistes from the USA, Europe, and Nigeria (Nollywood).

In observation of the significance of the occasion and as a sign of respect and honor for our publisher (Oliver O. Mbamara Esq.) we suspended publication here at Africanevents.com for three months. Suffice to say that we covered the ceremonies extensively and have now resumed publication at Africanevents.com (and we appreciate your understanding). We welcome you to check out the exclusive pictures and more below.  Pictures by African Events.
